Bluetooth Controlled Car

Overview

An HC-05 receives commands and the UNO turns each into motor directions through an L298N.

Build Steps

1. 1

   Build the chassis

   Mount motors, wheels and the battery holder.

   Wire Bluetooth

   Connect HC-05 to software-serial pins. Put a 1 kΩ / 2.2 kΩ divider on its RX line.

3. 3

   Wire the driver

   L298N inputs to four digital pins, motors to its outputs.

4. 4

   Parse commands

   Map single characters from the phone app to forward, back, left, right and stop.
